I booked for a session with Lucy just to see what I thought, as to be honest I didn't think I could be helped. In that first session Lucy not only made me feel 100% at ease with telling my story without judgement and with full understanding, but she was able to quickly put a few things into perspective of the underlying reactions and emotions that I was experiencing to keep me 'stuck'. After that first session I felt so much better, so quickly, although nothing physically had changed, I had some enlightenment of where my mind was at, and why it was keeping me stuck.
